We're Back! A Deviant's Story

But that's enough nonsense ... for now. I've never been one much for new year's resolutions, as I've always felt I should be living my life how I want to be living it anyways. Somehow that's never quite worked out as fully as I'd hoped. Therefore, as one of my first resolutions ever, I'm going to try to become active on here again, at least to an extent. I really miss being able to push out massive amount of art in a short amount of time. I doubt I'll ever have that same feeling back, but I'll try, God damn it! One thing that would be extremely helpful would be any suggestions of what people would like to see more of.
I'd like to thank everyone who sent me encouraging messages in this difficult time. A lot in my life has changed. A lot of stuff has lost almost all meaning, such as checking my email or keeping my phone charged. I only really checked it to see if my grandpa had emailed. I only really kept the phone charged in case he called. But a lot of stuff has also GAINED more meaning, such as work and trying to better myself and others. I know it's what he wants me to do, and I think becoming active on here again will help me do that. I'd especially like to thank Fifekun for the Core membership. I'll try to make the most of it that I can, and hopefully maintain the sub.
My plan for moving forward includes joining SkooIsCoo's art RP, finishing some commissions I never got to, uploading some very old art I never got around to putting up (or in some cases finish), and reorganizing my dreadfully confusing gallery. Again, I'm open to suggestions. I want to do more of all my old interests (Invader ZiM, Pokémon, Harry Potter etc.), and do more and/start more of my new ones as well (Homestuck, Undertale, Final Fantasy, Steven Universe, Gravity Falls etc.). I just need some prompts as to what I should just actually DO with those. I've got some pretty solid ideas for some Final Fantasy projects, and some vague inclinations for Pokémon, Undertale, and Homestuck. Prompts for Harry Potter, Steven Universe, and Gravity Falls would be most appreciated.
Anyhoo, glad to be back. Just hope I can actually hold myself to it.

I realize that my prolonged inactivity has made me less ... noticeable. So, to generate interest, I am going to offer a sale to celebrate Halloween. Commissions Open II!

We're in Indiana now, but our apartment isn't open, yet so we're staying in 
's dad's living room on the couch. It's pretty uncomfortable and most of our stuff is in storage, so we haven't felt particularly comfortable looking for jobs and such either. We HAVE been helping out and making a little money watching and Skoo's cousin's son. |D Thank you so much, btw! I know I've said it, but I appreciate the cash and being able to get out of the house.
But yeah, anyways any more money is also always good, especially with Halloween coming up.

Commissions Open!

Wow! So it's been, what? Two years since my last journal entry? lol Nice. Anyway, my last day of work at McDonald's was yesterday. I quit because we'll be moving at the end of the month. I am pretty excited about that. I'm from a big city, and while this small town is nice, I get a little stir crazy. That and we aren't near either of our families here, so it's hard to get much support. 's family lives in Indiana, so this way we'll be close to a lot of things to do, plus be able to get help more readily if we need it. In the meantime, we only have a few dollars left until my last paycheck, which I'll get the 26th, and we still have to pay Rent-a-Center one last time, and, you know, eat and stuff. So yeah, commissions! Yay!
